Power of His Resurrection

crossMarch 27, 2016 is an Easter Sunday. Its significance in the history of Christianity cannot be overemphasized.
Easter Sunday is a day set aside to commemorate the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Jesus was the founder of the Christian faith. Christianity is not a religion, but a life style that based on the sound doctrines and teachings of the greatest living Master.
If only the world would do and comply with the teachings of Jesus Christ while on earth, political crisis, economic palaver, social vices such as kidnapping, killings, raping will be things of the past, and the society will be a better place to live.
The world is full of darkness, and it has nothing to offer, but violence, confusion and cultism. Jesus is the light who came to show mankind the “narrow path” to the true riches and the ever lasting God Almighty.
Jesus died and resurrected on the third day, the spirit behind the power that resurrected Him is mysterious, that will be difficult to explain except through the revelation by the Holy Spirit.
We thank God that the mystery that had be hidden from ages and generations is now made manifest through His saints.
The spirit of resurrection was the one that enveloped the tomb of Lazarus, who came to life after four (4) days in a grave.
It was that same spirit that overshadowed the impotent man at the Beautiful Gate, who had not walk before started walking, leaping and praising God.
That power of ascension has taken men and women of great courage to greater heights. Daily prayer of the power of His resurrection can elevate businesses, bring promotion in the career of men, resuscitate life and revive spiritual upliftment of men and women who are ready to serve.
It is a joy for every Christian to celebrate this season of “He Arose” I wish the regular of this column Happy Easter celebration. ###
