Rivers Police Arrest Five Armed Robbers, Recover Pistol

The Rivers State Police Command has arrested five armed robbers who were said to have been robbing Rumuji community in Emohua local government area of Rivers State with a locally made pistol.
The Rivers state Police Public Relations Officer, (PPRO), Mr. Ben Ugwegbulem disclosed this in Port Harcourt.
According to the state police image maker, on 25th October, 2011, at about 0200hrs Rumuji police division patrol men arrested five armed robbers who have been robbing Rumuji and recovered locally made pistols from them.
They are, Mr. Chikere, Mr. Nyeche, Mr. Kunchi, Mr. Chimele, and Mr. Ozule, all from Rivers state stressing that investigation is still on to trap down more suspects. ###
