Flood: Eze Robinson Displayed Fatherly Love

Chief of Ubarama Community in Ahoada West Local Government Area of Rivers State, Chief Kingdom Tegbu has revealed the fate that befell the king of Ekpeye land, Robinson O. Robinson during the flood whose palace was said to also being submerged to the first flood.
According to Chief Tegbu Eze Robinson is a good man, he turned out to be the father the flood victims when it mattered most as he went passionately comforting all that were affected by the flood in Ekpeye land.
Apart from comforting the flood victims, he shared with them the pains and plight they found themselves. He was instrumental to the Rivers State Government coming to the aid of the flood victims at Ekpeye land. As if that was not enough he personally supervised the sharing of the flood relief materials sent to the victims at Ahoada Ola Camp.
Speaking further he said not everybody could stand such challenge in modern day life, stressing that Eze Robinson has every right to nurse his loss as property worth thousands of naira were lost in his palace to the flood.
If the Eze is not a good man, he would have ignored the flood victims leaving them to their fate, since he too was a victim, but for the fact that he has compassion, he shared the flood materials so that everybody benefited from the materials”.
Secondly, he made frantic effort to attract government fast to the flood victims. “May God bless our Eze for providing fatherly moral support to his people when we needed him”, he stated.
A visit to Ubarama community in Ahoada West Local Government Area, by our correspondent on Wednesday 21st November, 2012 indicated that the people are fast settling down, only that they still need the help of well meaning individuals and corporate organizations to put them back fully as they start their normal life again. ###
