Eagles Will Beat Malawi Saturday- Prof. Braide

PROF. SOLOMON BRAIDEA one time President of Goldashe International Football Club and ardent supporter of Coach Stephen Keshi, Prof. Solomon Braide has expressed optimism in Saturday Nigeria Malawi World Cup qualifier match at Calabar, the flames of Malawi will be beaten by the Nigeria Super Eagles, he said.

The University Don, who is a soccer enthusiast stated that Kehsi Eagles have never lost in Calabar and this particular encounter will not be exception.

He maintained that the Super Eagles under Keshi’s tutelage will not disgrace Nigerians as all players in the squad are match winners any day with Coach Stephen tactical expertise in the game.

He also emphasized that based on what Keshi has done with the Super Eagles couple with the quality of the players at Keshi’s disposal he is optimistic that the Eagles on 7th of September at Calabar will give Nigeria victory.

Asked whether Keshi will not have selection of players problem, the jovial soft spoken university of Science and technology don stated that Keshi knows all his players and would know how to prepare his winning team to give victory to Nigeria, as he did in the nations cup at South Africa.

Speaking about Goldashe 30th anniversary, he said Goldashe is 30th and is waxing stronger and stronger adding that the club Goldashe will continue to fly higher and higher even as the club marks it 30th anniversary.

He hinted that Goldashe is one of the most established and cherished social recreational club in the country today, and had positively impacted on the upcoming players in the society.

“When we see a potential upcoming player, we take interest in that player by bringing him up with all the assistannce he needed to excel in his football career, “Goldashe had encouraged lots of upcoming players to have established in the football family today, he revealed. ###
