Women on Rescue Vow To crash Boko Haram Over Abducted School Girls

As the demand for bring back the abducted Chibok School Girls by the Boko Haram sect increases daily across the nation the concerned citizens of Nigeria “Women On Rescue” has organized a one day prayer session with the theme “A cry for the nation every women is a rescuer it is not over until its over”.

The event took place at the National Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development Research and Production Institute, Rumueme Mile 4, Port Harcourt.

In her speech Pastor Jones Debby the convener of the programme who expressed worrisome over the abduction of the Chibok School Girls by the Boko Haram sect said the aim of the prayer was to pray for the nation and ensure that the abducted school girls are release safely and deliver to their family members.

In her sermon Pastor Debby who cited 1 Sam. 17:26 recalled how David as a young man fought and defeated the giant Goliath, the champion of the philanthropists who has all the Armours and weapons with a mere arrow.

According to her the prayer session is to put the Boko Haram down as David said in the scripture that the reason why he fought the Philistines champion Goliath was to defeat him.

The woman of God expressed optimism that the Women On Rescue must win the battle of bringing the insurgence down because they are uncircumcised Philistines like Goliath whom David defeated in a battle.

Pastor Debby who expressed dismay that the problems of most Nigerians were selfish interest urged every citizens of Nigeria to rise against the Boko Haram monster and defeat them totally as to enthrone peace and development in the federation.

Earlier in his speech, Ambassador Emmanuel Nkweke one of the guest speakers at the ceremony and a spokeman of the World International Peace Advocate while commending the women of God for praying on behalf of the nation especially at the time the nation was under the attack of Boko Haram sect stressing that prayer is the only solution that would tackle the insurgent to a standstill.

Reacting to insinuation that the country would break, Amb. Nkweke noted that the country will not break as speculated stressing that the country population would be seen as a national unity and growth.

Similarly in her speech Evang. Blessing Opuwill a guest speaker at the ceremony noted that the reason for the existence of Boko Haram sect in this dispensation was to put down President Goodluck Jonathan’s administration pointing out that there is need for every individual, corporate entity, church member among others to fight against the dreaded monster Boko Haram sect.###
