The Izon community in Rivers State has condoled its youth leaders, Comrade Emmanuel Osia as he buries his father, Pa Newman Osia of Bayelsa State.
Speaking at the event, the Vice President of Izon Community in the State, Mr. Abiri Godspower extolled the leadership style of Late Pa Newmen Osia and urged the children to emulate the footsteps of their father while alive.
In her speech, Chief (Mrs.) Victoria A. Kokoriko, the Director of Women Affairs of the League of Character Clubs Nigeria thanked God that Pa Osia lived a good life that is worthy of emulation, and enjoined his children to ensure that the legacies left behind by their Late Father are maintained.
Also speaking the President General of the League of Character Clubs Nigeria, Chief Eze (Elder) Christina A.Y. Kokoriko (tourist) observed that Late Pa Osia was a man of good character with decent behaviour and right living. He urged the children to copy the good character of their late father.
People from all walks of life attended the burial ceremony. ###
