A new Caretaker Committee CTC chairman has emerged in Asari-Toru Local Government Area. He is Engr Basoene Lolomari, a grassroots politician and mobiliser. A chieftain of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
Engr. Basoene Lolomari who hails from Abalama community was a former CTC member and one time Supervisor for works in Asari-Toru Local Government.
The emergence of Engr. Lolomari as the new CTC chairman is the best thing that has ever happened in the LGA since the commencement of the current dispensation.
He came into office at a time when the domestic economy of the LGA is upside down. People find it very difficult to eat three (3) square meals. Besides, this the security situation is challenging. Secret cult groups spring up now and then in different communities of the LGA.
But one thing is sure and certain; the CTC chairman is capable of handling any situation considering his wealth of experience in politics, administration and management.
Unequivocally the LGA is searching for good and credible leadership that will re-position ASALGA. The new CTC Chairman fits into the leadership position.
Engr. Lolomari’s appointment will fast track positive change to the area. The chairman cannot do this thing only; he needs the co-operation and assistance of all and sundry. Thus there is need for the Asalgans to support him especially in prayers to succeed.
If Engr. Lolomari succeeds in bringing peace and development to the area is for the benefit of all. Everyone should come together irrespective of their political affiliations to join hands with this humble and amiable CTC chairman to take Asalga to the next level.
