LOVE CONTROLS MAN’S HEART

It was like a joke
When I fell in love
No longer at ease I become
Thinking of my new found love
Each passing day and hour
Doing things I ordinarily would not do
Just to please my love
No longer myself I beheld
A stranger of my very being I become
And errant being just to make her happy
Putting my heart before I think
This is same with every man, who is in love
Like Samson I pledged my sincerity
To do all what my heart has to obey
Like a faithful servant
I stood at her services
Yes, her happiness
Love that has imprisoned me
No longer do I reason myself
In the happiest moment, I count
The time she is found around me
What does she give, I can’t tell
I am the labour, service man for
her happiness, burning my fingers
My brain, my being, the totality of me
I have given not minding good or bad
Love that has ruled my heart
I do not know
Stranger to myself, I have become
Arrest to make her happy
Kill to make her smile
Love has caught up with me
Traveled dark night to fetch her love
Care, tenderness, faithfulness
She will always profess
In my new state of estate
I am a king so, I thought
Never did I know that I am blindfolded
With love that I could not comprehend
Yes, love has controlled my heart
To make me a fool to banish my family
Love has controlled my heart to become a nonentity.
