If information made available to The Newswriter is anything to go by, then its presumes that the incumbent chairman of the Nigeria Union of Local government employees, NULGE, Andoni Local government chapter, Comrade Ugbana Igbikirilasa may not complete his tenure if nothing is done urgently to quell the anger of the executive chairman, Sir. Hon. Oron Nte Ereforokuma.
Comrade Igbikirilasa is said to be secretly questioning the authority of the executive chairman over implementations of council programmes especially on transport sector where he (Igbikirilasa) is the transport officer but was not mandated to carryout certain functions.
The Newswriter was informed that, the said transport officer and Nulge chairman was lacking in speedy implementations of certain orders, right in that sector given to him.
It was also gathered that, the excesses of the NULGE boss in the LGA is speedily coming to the fore to the aggravation of most unionists in the council, thereby attracting comments within the union.
As Chief accounting officer, The Newswriter was informed that the chairman of the union has some questions to answer relating to financial transactions in the union.
The Newswriter was briefed that, trouble started when, the transport officer and NULGE chairman could not provide for certain safety gargets as well as waterproofs for the water vessels, an occasion, commuters ceased in ranting abuses on the executive chairman on daily basis.
As a listening and action executive chairman, Sir. Oron Nte Ereforokuma was moved to providing the needed materials to save his head from the peoples anger.
This action provoked the NULGE boss who was reported to have been single handedly championing the activities of NULGE in the LGA, and preparing for war against the executive chairman.
Activities of the NULGE boss comrade Igbikirilasa is been x-rayed by fellow unionists and the watchdog of the society and would be revealed as well as his reactions on the current situations.
