Angela Inyena Anietie

Wonders, they say will never end as an ambulance driver who came from his home for assignment to carry corpse to mortuary turn a corpse on getting to the compound where he came to lift the said corpse.

Eye witnesses, had it that the man arrived at the deceased premises about 6.00 am on the fateful day (Nigeria Independence Day) Saturday October 1st, 2011 at 24 Afikpo Street, Mile 1 Diobu, Port Harcourt, where part payment for his services was handed over to him.

We also gathered that suddenly the man started feeling dizzy and complained off balance and vomiting followed, but people took it for a drunkenness and they later examined him to confirm that he has not taken any strong drink.

He finally dropped dead and was taken to BMSH mortuary for them to trace his relations.

Source close to us had it that the junior sister to the deceased and general overseer of Newlife in Christ Ministry prevented the ambulance man not to enter and carry the corpse that the man’s hand is not clean but he refused though he has not carried the corpse but has only taken the part payment of ten thousand (N10,000) naira.

We were also informed that a woman told the wife of the deceased the previous week that her husband is going to die soon. ####
