Poor Economy: World Bank Reserves Doing Business Nigeria

BUHARIAuthorities of the World Bank have said that it has become worrisome doing business with Nigerian government occasioned on incessant dwindling economy of the country.
Information at the disposal of The Newswriter and monitored in Port Harcourt said the world Bank authorities lament the poor economy said Nigeria is presently rated about 182 out of 192 economy in the world.
The source told The Newswriter that in early 2015 before the exit of President Jonathan’s administration Nigerians economy was rated about 162 and wondered why the present administration instead of improving on the economy contributed to its dwindling, said it is now difficult to have any business done with Nigeria.
The World Bank however, challenged the President Muhammadu Buahri’s administration on the need to grow the country’s economy or risk doing business with World Bank.
Meanwhile, the Ekiti State governor, His Excellency Ayo Fayose has lampooned the President Buahri’s administration on the state of the economy accusing him of pursing investors away from the country arguing that no foreign investor could come to Nigeria since the President Buhari has taken the campaign against Nigerians to foreign lands.
According to the vocal governor, how would any investor come to Nigeria when Muhammadu Buahri has been going round the world and branding Nigerians as thieves and corrupt people? Who on earth would see a thief and corrupt being and be courageous to have transaction with him.
In view of the circumstance one Alhaji Gusau Mohammed has also criticized the President Buhari led government of misdirecting and misleading those he could other than repositioning Nigeria for the better as he and his party – APC had claimed.
According to Gusau the President Buhari’s numerous visits to western countries is a deliberate act of wasting Nigeria’s public fund instead of planning it into development.
He called on President Buahri to take a self assessment of his activities in government and tell Nigerians if he is the man at the helms of Nigeria affairs.
Gasau who is a chieftain and respected figure from the North-East Nigeria had registered displeasure and regret of the concerned people of the North-Eastern Nigeria for remaining quiet over what he described as their “stolen and subverted votes of the 2015 presidential election for the man he further described as a big disappointment to the Northern people. ###
