Prince Of The Niger Delta Speaks

The Prince of the Niger Delta Princewill, has scored Governor Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi 60% as governor of Rivers State.
He gave the assessment in an interactive session with newsmen on Wednesday, March 7, 2012.
The prince who was the governorship candidate of the Action Congress, A.C during the 2007 general election in Rivers State, said although the tempo of governance in Amaechi’s first term as governor has not been sustained in his second coming, he is optimistic that the governor would excel at the end of his tenure.
Princewill who spoke on several issues concerning the state, said he refrained from going into the election in 2011, because he know Governor Amaechi would still continue and he had no reason to contest against him.
The prince said “we have a governor who is working. Yes a lot of us will like to see him work even harder”.
Tonye Princewill said none of the political parties that contested the election have no ideology.
He disclosed further how, Sir, Celestine Omehia tried to bribe him and how he is also instrumental to the establishment of Silverbird in Port Harcourt.
