Quail Eggs, Your Best Food And Diet

There’re eggs, there’re birds, but there is an egg made from a beautiful bird called Quail. An egg as small as the bird, but with wonderful properties and nutrient that the health sector cannot do without, If every egg is as rich as quail egg, the issue of malnutrition will be a thing of the past.

British researchers say that eggs should be pronounced a super-food, as it has a very good impart of our health and even helps to fight obesity. Research show that children, teenagers and the elderly benefit from the special vitamin D in the egg, an egg contains more than 20% of recommended daily intake of vitamin D. The low vitamin levels are linked to many diseases including osteoporosis, cancer of the heart, the sclerosis multiplex and certain immune illnesses and even mental disorder.
