Etche Pledges Support For Integrated In Amaechi Led Administration

The people of Etche local Government Area, have been advised to remain loyal and supportive to Governor Chibuike Amaechi’s Administration which has properly integrated the Local Government Area in the scheme of development. The Chairman of Etche Local Government, Mr. Reginald Ukwuoma gave this advice at Okehi while swearing in supervisors and Senior Special Assistants of the council. Mr. Ukwuoma who expressed regrets over the uncomplimentary statements made by an Etche Politician against the Governor of the State, urged the people to be wary of selfish politicians who have lost touch with the realities of life.

He said, Etche would remain committed to the leadership of Governor  Amaechi and Godspower Ake, pointing out that seasoned politicians in Etche would no longer queue behind selfish individuals whose sole aim is to run the other person down.

In their separate speeches, a member representing Etche/Omuma Federal Constituency in the Federal House of Representatives, Prince Ogbonna Nwuke and the Ogbuga 1 of Etche, High Chief Ambrose Nwuzi sued for continued support for the Governor and Godspower Ake, calling on all to join in building a United Etche. At the occasion, Supervisors and Senior Special Assistants were sworn-in, including Chief of Staff of the Council, Mr. Loveday Nwigwe, New Security Adviser to the Chairman of the Council, Mr. Obinna Anebo and Chief of Protocol Mr. Darlington Nwankwo.
