….Unveiled Jersey For 2013/2014 Season

 

Sharks football club of Port Harcourt will kick start its campaign in the 2013/2014 domestic season with brand new jerseys which were unveiled Tuesdays evening at the home ground of the club.

Captain of the club Odinga Odinga, goal keeper Danladi Issa,Kingsley Patrick and the biggest catch of the transfer window Ajani Ibrahim all took part in the 30mins ceremony.

Odinga described the New jerseys as winning kits because the unveiling of the home and away jersey for a new football season was happening for the first time in the history of the club.

“I want to say that this is a winning jersey because this has never been done anywhere before and I think this is a good start.”Odinga said .

“It will go a long way to motivate us to go for the three maximum points against Bayelsa united in our very first game of the season on Thursday.”He stressed

For first choice goal keeper of the side, Danladi Issa the unveiling ceremony was a great experience that will ginger the team to victory on all front this season. season

It’s a great experience, it’s a great thing, we have our vision and we promise with God all things are possible”.Issa said

“We will do well by becoming the best in the league and win the federation cup”. He reiterated

Technical adviser of the side Gbenga Ogunbote appreciated the fans for coming out to watch the unveiling of the home and away jerseys for the new season.

He said with the latest development and the support from the state government as well as the fans, Sharks football club is destined for Glory.

“I appreciate the fans they have really shown that they are behind the team, we have seen it for the first time and since we are seeing different things coming our way it shows that it is going to be a fruitful year for Sharks”.Ogunbote said

General Manager of the side Okey Kpalukwu charged the team to do their best in making sure that there is silverware in the cabinet of Sharks at the end of the season.
