Dolphins CAF First Win Vindicate Dolphins FC

The Port Harcourt side Dolphins of Nigeria first win in the on-going CAF football continental competition has vindicated Dolphins football club of Port Harcourt in the club away first leg win.
Dolphins was fined N10m naira for match fix allegation in the club emerging champions of 2011 premier league football season subsequently. Stanley Eguma, the Chief coach of Dolphins football club was banned for 5 years. With this first win outside the shores of Nigeria, it has further proven that Dolphins are punished unjustly and team coach Stanley Eguma is innocent of the crime he was accused of. Hon Fred Igwe, seems to be a lucky commissioner. His coming into office as the Rivers State commissioner for sports has given hope to football talents in the state.
First he received five trophies in two days, few days to his resuming office as the commissioner for sports in Rivers State. His being practically at the stadium watching Dolphins at Malabo might also have contributed to Dolphins beating their opponents 3 goals to nothing. This has never been before in the history of Rivers State except in the case of Barrister Christopher Green, when he was commissioner for sports, Rivers State, under Sir. Celestine Omehia.
Dolphins should please put behind the fine and accusation and go on to further prove to the entire world that they are innocent of the crime they are being fined.
One sure way of doing this is to maintain a steady win in the CAF competition in both away and at home. ###
