Don’t Be Afraid Of Boko Haram, Rev. Jumbo Urges Nigerians … As CMCF Dedicated To God

A clergy in Rivers, State Rev. Godswill E. D. Jumbo (JP) the General Overseer of Endtime Prophet Prayer Network, Prayer Mobilization Ministries, has called on Nigerians to stop being afraid of the dreaded Boko Haram sect.
In a chat with journalists during the formal dedication of Concerned Ministries and Christians Forum (CMCF) and her National officers, Nigeria Chapter, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, on May 19, 2012 at 24 Ihediohama street, Rev. Jumbo observed that the emergence of the dreaded Boko Haram which had claimed thousands of lives in the country has created a lot of fears among Nigerians. He stressed that the monsters have been defeated since 2000 years ago by God almighty and advised Nigeria not to be afraid but rather, dedicated themselves to God.
He expressed satisfaction with the conduct of the ceremony.
Rev. Jumbo noted that the CMCF has a membership five million Christian followership in different denomination across the nation and that it is open to all Nigerian Christians. He advised members not to put the body into disrepute and that they should be committed, prayerful and work in line with God’s principlew and faith to receive God’s blessing.
The clergy assured members that nobody will rob them of their faith as far as they believe in God.
In his goodwill message, Rt. Rev. Dr. Odibo Harry Nelson Miracle, the presiding Bishop of firestorm Covenant Ministries International, AKA Fire Christian Centre, advised Nigerian leaders to always lead by example by doing what is expected of them as leaders.
According to him, a leader who advises others to clap hands and do not do the same is not a good leader, stressing that the era of orthodoxy was over.
The Bishop advised against chasing shadows, adding, “we should not do that, forget the position and office because it cannot take you to heaven rather what takes one to heaven is when you believe, be faithful and work in line with God’s principle.”
He debunked insinuations that members of Olumba Olumba are Christians, stressing that Olumba Olumba is never a Christian because he Olumba Olumba claimed to be God himself which is not possible. Rev Odibo said chief Ebenezer Isokariari, a member of O.O Obu and a former governorship candidate of All Peoples Party, (APP) in 1999 governorship election in Rivers State, won the election but Dr. Peter Odili was declared winner because he ( Odibo Nelson Harry Miracle) prayed against an Olumba member becoming governor of Rivers State.
He predicted that Pastor Barr. Chizi Atata, the former senatorial candidate of Action Alliance party in the 2011 Rivers East senatorial election in Rivers State would become the next deputy governor of the state.
In his goodwill message, pastor Barr. Chizi Atata, the resident pastor of the Redeemed Christian Church of God who noted that when the righteous rule people rejoice, stressed that people perished due to lack of wisdom and understanding.
Pastor Atata noted that members of the church played important role to ensure that people live a moral life.
He recalled that he has lived in Diobu for the past 43 years, noting that some streets such as Ihediohama among others were not tarred until now that the present administration have decided to tar the streets including Ihediohama.
The Redeem Resident Pastor recalled how Dr. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala the finance minister once said during Dr. Peter Odili administration that Rivers State between 1999 to 2007 received trillions of naira. He said there was nothing to show for the amount of money being received because of lack of fear of God.
He urged churches to start to live and take a stand by saying enough is enough.
The man of God who observed that Christians condemn one another due to different denominations and doctrines, stressed that all Christians are one irrespective of denominations, because they worship only one God.
The highlight of the occasion was the dedication of CMCF body and her national officers to God as well as intercessory prayers and worship. ###
