Wilson Oruma Turns Preacher

Former Nigeria ex-junior international captain and Super Eagles midfielder, Wilson Oruma has turned an evangelist at Victoria Garden City where the former midfield star resides.
Though his action was mistaken for insanity by some of the Super Eagles stars who played alongside with him, when the going was good. Since Oruma turned born-again, he was alleged to be acting strange, as he puts on white garment and walk on bare foot in the streets of Victoria Garden city.
Worried by his action, his former Super Eagles team mates who had seen Oruma in his present spiritual evangelism state is spreading the rumour that the former Nigeria international is insane.
This impression was corrected by his younger brother, Dominic Oruma, who explained that his elder brother is not insane, rather Oruma is passing through a spiritual exercise since he turned born-again, as he has given his time in doing God’s work.
Confirming the true situation to anybody that is interested to listen, the former Nigeria Flying Eagles goal tender asserted that his brother is hale and hearty, only that his behaviour of late shock lots of people, including his former Super Eagles mates. Oruma is committed to do the work of God, hence to the rest that do not know the truth, see him being insane, as he talks alone, and walks around the streets of Victoria Garden City.
Oruma was a key member of the Atlantic Olympic gold winning team after leading Nigeria to victory at Japan 93 with the Golden Eaglets Under-17 world cup. He has played for Olympic De Marseille and Sochaux.
Oruma last played his international football for Kavale of Greece, before bidding farewell to football.
