A Port Harcourt based business man; Dr. Cyril M. Enujeko has threatened to sue an insurance company situated along Station Road, Port Harcourt for breach of contract. According to Mr. Enujeko who stormed The Newswriter’s office said his car was involved in a crash recently and the matter was repeated to his insurance company accordingly which said he has a comprehensive cover (policy) with but to his greatest surprise, the insurance abandoned his car at a mechanic workshop for over six weeks without recourse to his plight.
