Andoni LGA: Chiefs In Killer Cult Group

The civil unrest orchestrated by members of a cult group that terrorized Andoni nation in recent time is reportedly regaining normalcy as the security operatives drafted to the area by state government are making concerted efforts in bringing their professional expertise to bear in clamping down on the hoodlums.
Reports at the disposal of The Newswriter as revealed by anonymous source said, the security agencies who are seriously going after the cult members are leaving no stone unturned as not less than eight (8) members of the killer group have been apprehended and are under going interrogations which top security reports said is yielding results.
About three (3) of the members of the killer group are equally reportedly killed by the security agencies, a report that send heave sigh of great relief to the indigenes of the area, the report said.
But what seem to be very damp in the process of sanitizing the local government from cult related crisis was blamed on indigenes for non cooperation with the security operatives.
However, The Newswriter source revealed that those already arrested by security agencies are aiding the security to close in on those directly or indirectly involved in the crisis rocking the LG.
The source equally disclosed that some chiefs and influential figures in the local government are not exonerated by the confession of the arrested members of the killer group.
To do away with social vices in the LG, the security agencies must be fully prepared to go after those involved in the dastardly act that claimed lives and properties especially on the mainland of the LGA.
As at the time of filing this report, The Newswriters source suggested that the hoodlums had all packed out of Ngo, headquarters of the LGA AND ARE OPERATING AT THE Ilotombi axis mainly at night.
It would be recalled that the mainland of the Andoni LG precisely from Ngo to Oyorokoto were besieged in the past months by gunmen who had killed over 10 persons and destroyed properties worth millions of naira at Oyorokoto.
Meanwhile, the security agencies in the area are soliciting cooperation of the citizens and residents of the area to enable them mop up the area and rid it of criminals. ###
