I, Eze (Sir) Richard O. Ekegbu, Eze Eziokwu bu Ndu, Eze Ndigbo of Oyigbo LGA., on behalf of my wife Ugwueze, the Council of Chiefs and the Igbos in Oyigbo LGA of Rivers State, mourn the death of our leader, the Ikemba of Nnewi, Dim Emeka Odumegwu Ojukwu.
We are not happy over his death now because this is the time his advice and protection for Ndigbo are most needed.
He fought and sacrificed for the Igbo ethnic nationality with all the affection of a father.
Eze Igbo Gburugburu, Dike Dioranma, go in peace but rest assured that you can never be forgotten.
