Keshi May Leave Eagles After AFCON 2013

As Nigerians soccer fans are trying to build confidence in Keshi’s ability of turning around the fortune of the Supers Eagles, the 1994 gold medal winning captain of the Super Eagles has declared that he would be leaving the Super Eagles as the team Chief Coach.
According to Keshi, the Super Eagles is not his dream team; this statement is a fall out of the way Nigerian football followers’ fans react to the coach and his position of the country’s senior team. Keshi out of the comments and threats stated that he would be leaving the team after the Nations cup.
He said that any team that is out therefore could contact him as he will be done with the Eagles after the African Nations Cup in South Africa 2013.
Keshi has been blasted from left and right for leaving some key players of the Super Eagles and out on to put up a completely new team of home based and fresh upcoming foreign professionals to constitute, the country’s new Super Eagles.
One other reason why Keshi took up the Eagles job we gathered is to prove a point to the doubting Thomases that indigenous coaches could also achieve good results with the Eagles at the continental level. With that almost done, Keshi feels he has satisfied his curiosity.
Keshi would not want what happened to coach Amodu, where the Nigeria Football Federation sacked him when he qualified the Eagles to play in the FIFA South Africa 2010 World Cup.
To keep his integrity intact Keshi we learnt has made up his mind to take up his coaching job in any part of Africa.
It would be called that Keshi had left the shores of Nigeria and qualified Togo in the country ever first world cup.
Meanwhile, Keshi has revealed that he knew nine of the Malian players who he said played under him, when he was their coach and had assured Nigerians that the Super Eagles will win that match at the end of 90 minutes. ###
