THE CALL

It Came

The call

When in deep Slumber

As Sleep and darkness

Wrapped each other

It Came

The Call

When ignorant — in — chief

As bond to materialism is tight

It came

The Call

Shattering illusions and beliefs

Breaking Shackles of bondage

It Came

The Call

In pains I draw the sheets

As I reluctantly peered in search

It came

The Call

Though lethargy dogged my steps

As anxiety clothed my person

The blue star I beheld

As the sounds beckoned

It came

The call

As the crickets chirped

Like the wind is whispering

As the thunder rumbled

Like the bells ringing

It came

The call

To lead me to Eckankar

To find the living word

The true agent of God

The way shower to God’s Kingdom
