Tele Ikuru Barred From Govt House

Engr-_Tele_Ikuru,_Deputy_Governor_of_Rivers_State,_Nigeria_2014-04-05_17-10The Deputy Governor of Rivers State, Engr. Tele Ikuru was barred from gaining entrance to the Brick House, sources informed this weekly.

The reason of such decision was not known, but the information we gathered is that it must be connected to the recent political development in the state.

The Deputy Governor penultimate weekend deserted his principal, Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi, the governor of Rivers State and pitched tent with the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

“Since the deputy governor defected, the governor is not happy with him”, a source said.

The source informed us that since the deputy governor was refused to gain access to the Government House, he has stopped going to the Brick House, for fear of embarrassment.

According to the source there is secret moves to throw out his personal belongings, however, hinted this weekly that, the deputy governor is regretting and confuse, and that he is in the state of dilemma and does not know what to do now that Gen. Muhmmadu Buhari has emerged the winner of March 28, 2015, presidential election. ###
