Andoni LG: PDP Hails Tribunal Judgment, Thumbs Up For Abiante

The Andoni chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has hailed the outcome of the tribunal judgment decided on Tuesday especially in favour of the House of Representatives member for Andoni-Opobo federal constituency. Hon. Awaji-inombeek Dagomie Abiante.

The elated PDP stalwarts in the local government who appreciated God for the victory of Hon. Abiante also thank God for the happiness granted them at the Senatorial District where her member senator Olaka Nwogu coasted home with victory from the Rivers State National election petition tribunal sitting in Abuja delivered judgment in his favour.

It was indeed a joyous moment for the party leaders who could not hid their feelings of joy as the immediate past deputy governor of the state His Excellency, Engr. Tele R. Ikuru, the right honourable speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Ikunyi-Owaji Ibani, the state deputy chairman of PDP, Pastor (Hon.) Monwon O. Etete, and the out-gone caretaker chairman of Andoni LGA, Ere Victor amongst others in their separate speeches enjoined all party supporters to hold on to God, saying that God remains the only source of their power, truth and must lead them to total victory, acknowledging that elections truly held in Rivers State.

It was a gathering of the stakeholders of the party at the instance of the speaker of the Rivers State house of Assembly. The Andoni people who are proud to be associated with the Barr. Wike’s led administration through their body movement would soon organize an interdenominational thanksgiving service to thankGod again for the victory granted them at tribunals.

The party equally assured the speaker of the State Assembly of victory in the days ahead over his matter at the tribunal, noting that whatever is true, just and crystal always surmount lies and deceit.

The stakeholders however congratulated the member, House of Representatives, Hon. Awaji-inombeek Dagomie Abiante for his resounding victory at the tribunal and wish him well in his day to day activities at the house.

It would be recall that the Rivers State National Assembly Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Abuja had on Tuesday delivered its ruling, upheld the national assembly election of Match, 2015 and in favour of Hon. Awaji-inombeek Dagomie Abiante of Andoni-Opobo federal constituency.
