The Caretaker Committee Chairman of the Asari-Toru Local Government Area of Rivers State, Hon. Soboma Jackrich has promised to ensure safety of lives and properties in the area.
Hon. Jackrich was speaking while swearing-in six (6) members of the Caretaker Committee in Buguma, the headquarters of the council.
The new CTC chairman said his administration policy thrust will focus on security and aggressive environmental sanitation.
Hon. Jackrich assured the people of good governance, probity and accountability. The Asalga boss has earlier charged the CTC members to discharge their duties effectively and avoid divulging official secret. He further enjoined them not to absent themselves from work, adding that his administration will try its best to bring in the necessary development into the area. ###
