He assured them of immediate employment as soon as jobs were made available in Park and Shop Mall, former Superboard Building, Azikiwe Road in Port Harcourt.

He stressed that he has been in constant dialogue with the multinational companies operating in the State to create job opportunities in order to curb unemployment.

Also speaking, the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry, Mrs. Comfort Iragunima enjoined the graduants to engage in self employment in order not to waste the knowledge they acquired.

In the same vein, the Human Resources Manager, Park and Shop expressed the company’s determination to absorb the graduants as soon as construction work is completed: “We are working to ensure that the building is completed as soon as possible,” he said.

According to him, those who have submitted their Curriculum Vitae to the organization would be engaged temporally pending when the construction will be completed.

Responding on behalf of the graduants Mr. Akin Cirant said that they were in the Ministry to thank Governor Rotimi Chibuike Amaechi for sending them on training.
