Lagos State Local Government Assessment: Ukwuoma To Deliver Paper

A group under the argis of south-West local government Assessment group has voted Comrade Emmanuel Nkweke, aka Mr. Vote Count, leader of Niger Delta Local Government Assessment team to lead the Lagos state local government Assessment.
Comrade Emmanuel Nkweke while speaking to the press before his departure for Senegal election, said the ongoing Lagos state local government assessment is aimed at showcasing development as being embarked upon by the 57 local government areas of the state, adding that Hon. Barr. Uwuoma, the council boss of Etche local government area who emerged the overall best in the 100 days best performing local government chairman in Rivers State is expected to deliver a key note address at the grand finale of the assessment of the 12 best performing chairmen of Lagos state billed for Thursday May 24, 2012.
Comrade Nkweke said the guest speaker, Hon. Ukwuoma was the first council boss out of 774 Local Government Areas to receive a distinguished 2011 award after he emerged the best overall chairman and has made Rivers state a reference point for development. ###
