TU-E Investment Nigeria Ltd has inaugurated its Rivers State Executives, for the proper implementation of its humanitarian housing project across the Nigerian federation.
Speaking during the inaugural ceremony, which was held at the Grand Venice Hotel in Obio/Akpor, the Chairman and African Regional Administrator, Dr. Joshua Judah Bassy, said that TU-E Capital Investment is built on integrity. He charged the newly sworn-in executives to maintain their integrity in the discharge of their duties which is the core value of the organisation.
The Nigerian administrator also observed that TU-E capital has formed alliances of purpose with various corporate organisations all over the world, and the inclusion of Nigeria was made possible through the help of some notable individuals.
Speaking to Newswriter, Dr. Joshua noted that TU-E Capital Investment is poised to create affordable housing for underprivileged citizens.
According to him, a total of 1 million houses of 3 Bedroom (BR) Flats will be built in each local government Area of the federation.
The Rivers State Director, Bishop Letam B. Nwibani, in an interview with the Newswriter crew, stated that the projects which took over 5 years to complete will create job opportunities for unemployed university graduates and also create free housing for the less privileged.
Comrade Letam also noted that after the completion of the building, beneficiaries will be selected in each local government at no cost from any one, because it’s aim is to add value to humanitarian services for the enhancement of poor lives across Nigeria.
He also pointed out that adequate plans are in the pipeline so as to set the strategies to be adopted for the full implementation of this project in order to meet the 5year deadline.
