Two Police Officers Killed As Gunmen Invade Mile I

Two mobile police officers were killed at Mile 1 Diobu, in Port Harcourt Local Government Area by four unknown gun men who invaded the area.
According to eye witness account, the hoodlums arrived the Rumuwoji market with a red bus about 6.30am on Wednesday, September 19, 2012, and started shooting sporadically which eventually resulted to the death of the two mobile police officers.
When the state Police Public Relations Officer, (PPRO), Mr. Ben Ugwuegbulam was contacted on phone, he confirmed the incident, assuring that the hoodlums will soon be apprehended as according to him, investigation into the matter has commenced. ####
